Wong He 'arrogantly' Praises Tvb Making Good Use Of Resources To Promote Someone

Wong He and Linda Chung's Twilight Investigations ratings have not been too bad. Yesterday they attended the promotional event at the busy Tsim Sha Shui along with the rest of the cast Raymond Wong, Johnson Lee and Queenie Chu. The cast were grabbing passerbyers to make a "gwing look", which attracted many people to surround the area. The promotion was quite effective.

Later, Wong He expressed he wanted to shoot a sequel, but the Producer did not comment, asked if he and Linda's on-screen couple team will be going all out on accepting jobs during the golden Christmas period? Wong He joked: "I am announcing it's over between me and her, I fired her. Nobody has offered us jobs, written news about us, or followed us in the last two weeks. I will just have to fly solo. (Audience have deep impression on her and Raymond Lam!) Proves that TVB is good at using their resources when it comes to promoting someone, spilling mercury, get into every hole possible, many angles and levels. They can easily boost the person they want to boost!" In other words, Wong He is describing Mona Fong's "no fear of gossips" note to Raymond, it's a favorable criticism, trendy and creates a new 12 honest words.

Also, in the series Linda plays a happy girl and gets criticized by Netizens saying that her acting is exaggerated. Linda explained that it is necessary for the character. In the series, she loves Raymond Lam, Linda smiled: "It is necessary for the script, Raymond is so popular, it's reasonable that he's an idol."

Nobody writes about Linda's on-screen pairing with Wong He

Today there was a function for Twilight Investigation, and Linda and Wong Hei were trying to get pedestrians on the streets to attempt to make the emotion of "囧" (the typical funny looking face most prominent in the drama). This attracted a huge crowd of people surrounding them, and even caused a commotion, which led an abrupt end for this function. Wong Hei expresses that he is happy about the viewership ratings for this drama. Also, he comments with a laugh that no one is looking for, writing about and following him and Linda as an on-screen pairing. He was then asked if the Rayda pairing is too popular in people's hearts so this new pairing is not that widely accepted, of which he answered "TVB knows how to support artists, and they will advertise for them very well and also uses their resources very efficiently."

Stealing Ron Ng's Girl, Wong He Hopes To Be Linda Chung's On-Screen Lover Rate Topic:

NO REPOST ALLOW

Wong He, Linda Chung and the cast to TVB new series Twilight Investigations attended the promotional event in Tsuen Wan. Replacing the broadcast of No Regrets, the two expressed that they have confidence on the TV ratings. Wong He said: "There is some pressure, No Regrets increased the audience appetite, but now the audience can change the appetite and watch a comedy, don't have to be so serious. (Did you ask for more promotions?) No, TVB promotions have always been scheduled well, and is the same for all series."
Already been in the industry for 16 years, Wong He has a wish, he hopes to be an on-screen couple with Linda, earning money together. Reporters teased that he cannot compete with Raymond Lam or Ron Ng, Wong He said: "Ron ng can't finish it all, for the rest of the year I'll take care of it first, we are earning income so Linda can buy a house." Linda happily responded: "I want to too! Always rumoring with Raymond and Ron, really boring, change partners for a fresh feeling."
Also, Linda attended the Cartier party last night after returning from the States for rumored boyfriend Raymond Lam's concert. When speaking of the concert, she said that it was the first time she sang fast songs and personally felt that she was qualified. Linda has confidence in having a few fast songs in her upcoming album. This time she sang more songs at the concert than usual, she sang 11 songs, usually she only does 5. Linda denies that she gave rumored boyfriend special treatment, calling room service for him at the hotel every day, she did not ewat with Raymond. Towards the rumors that TVB executive Virgina Lok is losing power and impacted Raymond? She said that Raymond has a positive personality, then changed the subject saying during his concert, he would often feel unwell suffering from the flu.
Denies that Ron is pursuing her
It was recently rumored that Ron Ng is pursuing her, Linda did not hesitate to deny the rumors: "Every time I film a series, I always rumored with the male lead, feeling numb to all of it. (Can you feel that he's pursuing you?) When I am filming series, I am completely focused on my work. (Your so focused, so he can still pursue you?) I believe he's very professional, I don't feel that he's pursuing me, this is old news. (Is there a possibility to develop with Ron?) No." Linda said that when she was young, she used to have the Prince Charming in her heart, but now that she's older, she feels that outer appearance is not important, it's about feelings and will leave everything to God

Wong He & Linda Chung Team Up As On-Screen Couple

Wong He and Linda Chung attended to the promotion event for new series "Twilight Investigation" (囧探查過界). Wong even said he wants to team up with Linda as a new unofficial on-screen couple, and Linda generously agreed.

Wong said: "This time I want to pair with Linda as the end-of-the-year on-screen couple. Never tried that the 16 years I'm in showbiz. Hope everyone give us a chance. (Must face strong competitors like Raymond Lam and Ron Ng?) We are unofficial on-screen couple. I'll replace them when they're busy, trying to make Linda stand out. She really wants to buy a house. If she has more work, then she can buy one more quickly. (She already owns one?) Then I'll give this opportunity to another one. Oceane Zhu is not bad." Wong also worried about the series because it is aired after anniversary series "No Regrets." But he is confident because first episode is already very funny.

Linda said: "I also want to pair with Wong He. Always rumor with Raymond and Ron, Wong He rarely has rumors. It would be happy if we can take stage jobs together. He is a very good partner." She admitted wanting to buy another house because there is not enough rooms when her parents stay in Hong Kong.

2010-11-23 Sonjia Kwok Denies Releasing Love Sparks On Michael Miu: "i Still Have Marry"

Sonjia Kwok and Michael Miu are recently playing as a married couple in TVB new series Men and Women Chooses Residence. It's been two months since they started shooting and rumors started saying that Sonjia have been letting out the love for Michael. Outside of the series, the two are holding hands and dating, forcing Michael's wife Jamie Chik to always have to visit the set to check on them.

Michael sends out people to investigate
Michael and Sonjia were both shooting in different locations yesterday, Sonjia was shooting for a scene in the evening with Linda Chung in Mong Kok, while Michael went back to Tseung Kwan O TVB City to shoot in the studio. As for stirring up rumors again, Sonjia said with a sigh: "I am not responding, the news is so fake, I don't want to help promote their magazine story, I have no comment." Michael did not avoid to respond: "Gun Metal Grey's Team A needs to go out to investigate, find some forensic evidence too...haha! Just treat it as free promotion, just for laughs." Sonjia saw the response and instantly said: "Exactly, as long as everyone knows what's going on, I still have to marry!"
Used to seeing such 'storms' Michael was completely unaffected by the rumors. Yesterday he continued to have a heartwarming time with his wife Jamie, he said over the phone: "Jamie isn't mad, actually she's more worried about affecting Sonjia. We are married couple in the series, but at first my collaboration with Sonjia was very strange, she honestly told me that it is really pressuring to work with me because in the past she always had negative rumors with her male co-stars. So usually she would not dare to go near me. I told her not to worry, usually when we are working I always tell Jamie to comr join us for our meals, to make Sonjia feel more comfortable."

Jamie Chik helps out on the explanation
Besides Michael was his wife Jamie, she helped out and said over the phone: "I knew Sonjia for over 10 years. When she first entered the industry, she was a spokesperson for an eye glasses store, I felt that this girl was very gentle and speaks quietly. It's a pity that she's always getting negative news." Jamie then teased Michael in a 'dai sei' manner that he likes to hold people's hands. She joked: "He even holds the hair combing lady. When I'm shooting a series and I hold the leading actor's hand, should Michael be so pissed off like a jumping live shrimp?"

The rumours of Linda Chung and Raymond Lam have been going on for some time, but yesterday Linda Chung suddenly avoided talking about rumoured boyfriend during a mobile phone event. Actually, Linda felt that the rumours went on for too long and felt bored of it. She felt that since everyone knew that the relationship isn't real, then why would they want to talk about it again. Besides this, Linda who also has a chance to compete in "TV Queen" has earlier surrendered and admitted she lost to Charmaine Sheh.
Linda Chung and Law Chung Him were at Tsim Tsa Tsui yesterday attending a launch of a mobile phone. Linda was asked if she often loses her mobile phone? She said, "Because we can't carry our phone when we're working, so I often do not know where I placed my phone, I tried leaving it in my clothes' pocket, I also left it in the toilet before, but thankfully I got to find it back everytime. Although I have carefully used nicknames for artistes, but I'm also afraid that if I lose my phone, the contacts will be leaked out ." Linda pointed that the pictures in her phone are only images with taken with friends, nothing special, but she is also worried that if she loses her phone, her private messages will be exposed.
Linda was asked if she congratulated Raymond for his concert's DVD and CD's good sales? She said, "I didn't know about it, of course I would congratulate him, but I don't want to talk about this." She immediately switched the topic and said that she was envious of her brother in the series, Law Chung Him for having six packs. Linda suddenly avoided talking about Raymond, she was asked if she felt very irritated? She said, "I didn't think this way, but I feel that the rumours went on for too long, very boring. Since everyone knows that it is not real, why want to continue talking about it." She also said that she will work hard to look for her "prince of life".
Speaking about Linda who has been nominated as Best Leading Actress based on the series Ghost Writer, but she has announced to surrender earlier, "I am not very confident this year, I feel that my acting was just average, I personally support Charmaine, I really admire her and feel that she's very professional, she gets into her acting very fast and she's very punctual."

Tvb Sales Presentation 2011

TVB Sales Presentation 2011 was held in TV city and all TVB artistes were well-dressed to impress. This year's TV king favorites Moses Chan and Wayne Lai were the most popular, who were surrounded by many people when they appeared. Evergreen Mak, who stands out with his role as Leung Fei Fan in "No Regrets," was also popular among advertisers and fans. TV Queen favorites Charmaine Sheh and Sheren Tang were absent from the event.

Moses walked out with rumored girlfriend Bernice Liu. While the "Can't Buy Me Love" actor was conservatively dressed in black, his rumored girlfriend showed off her sexy back in a simple black dress. The actress expressed she might not appear in the Anniversary Awards Ceremony. "The audience don't need me to show off my sexiness," she joked.

Always appear in sexy outfits, Fala Chen dressed quite conservatively last night, only showing her shoulders. She explained there are more Anniversary events coming soon, no need to be too sexy in the beginning. Only filming two series in the upcoming year, she optimistically expressed she stresses on quality rather than the amount. "Plus I'll release an album and work on new films next year," she said.

Other female artistes were not stingy in showing some skin. TVB's new sex icon Samantha Ko appeared in an elegant deep-V white gown. Nancy Wu showed up in a black mini dress with several openings on her chest and back. Jeanette Leung wore a girly tube-top mini dress, charming everyone with her long legs. Skye Chan, who just announced her marriage news, appeared in a salmon-colored strapless long gown and showed off her engagement ring.

Every year, TVB's Sales Presentation is an avenue for finding out which siu sang and fa dan will be heavily promoted by TVB in the coming year. Looking at the upcoming series, it appears that the coming year will be the 'year of TVB's biological sons and daughters' -- TVB's own artists such as Ron Ng, Kevin Cheng, Michael Tse, Tavia Yeung, and Linda Chung, etc. will each be starring in 3 series next year. Following right behind them are Moses Chan and Kate Tsui with 2 series each. As for last year's TV King and Queen (and favorites this year to repeat their wins) Wayne Lai and Sheren Tang: Wayne only has 1 series next year and Sheren has none -- unless you count Taiwan series <>, which will most likely be aired by TVB.

During an interview backstage, Ron Ng was asked what he thought about starring in 3 series and being heavily promoted by TVB. He responded: "If it's true, of course it's good! I'm of 'TVB descent' and received a 'TVB education'." Asked if he has TVB blood flowing from him, Ron demonstrated his loyalty by giving his employer much praise: "Of course! I have 'TVB blood' flowing from me, I'm sweating 'TVB sweat', and I'm eating 'TVB food'!"

In addition, Wayne Lai responded to the media rehashing old news about him and his ex-wife by saying: "It's old news already -- no creativity! It's because of "No Regrets" that the media is digging up old news to rehash...there is nothing worth responding to."

Though many of the fa dans showed off their good figures and beautiful jewelry during the Sales Presentation last night, they could not compete with the charm of the siu sangs, especially Moses, Wayne, and Evergreen -- all three were surrounded by business sponsors and fans alike as soon as they arrived!

The long line of people waiting to get a picture with Moses was likened to the lines of people at Disneyland waiting to shake hands and take a picture with Mickey Mouse! Moses was the most popular artist of the night and his elevated status with TVB was obvious, as the organizers arranged for him to stand in the prime spot next to Liza Wang and he was one of the first to come out and 'sell' TVB's programs to the business sponsors. Asked about his immense popularity and others praising him for doing a great job 'selling' to the guests, Moses smiled awkwardly in response.

As for Evergreen Mak, who garnered much praise and recognition for his villain role in "No Regrets", he arrived at the ceremony in his 'Fei Fan Gor' costume. In addition to attracting numerous business sponsors, he also caught the attention of TVB's co-chairman Norman Leung, who went up to Evergreen requesting to take a picture with him and giving him words of advice: "Don't do so many 'bad person' (villain) roles!" Regarding his newly 'elevated' status, Evergreen expressed that he is very happy -- laughing, he jokingly commented: "All of them complimented me on being very handsome -- they must have very 'bad' taste!"

In the booklet distributed by the event, actors who act the most in next year's series (three at most) include Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, Linda Chung, Kevin Cheng, and Michael Tse. Anticipating programs of next year include Wayne Lai and Michelle Yim's "The Big Eunuch," Raymond Lam and Charmaine Sheh's "Colorful World of Sister Fa," and Liza Wang and 4 Gods' "4 Gods.com."

The sales presentation to be air on November 27th.

Linda Chung Supports Raymond Lam: Still Young

Earlier before this TVB's "biological son" Raymond Lam received negative comments and Virginia Lok, Mrs. Fong immediately stood up to give him support. As a rumoured girlfriend, Linda Chung said that no matter how bad is Raymond's ticket sales, she would still support him and said that Raymond is still young, just do his best in his part is enough.

Yesterday TVB's fa dan Linda Chung, Jennifer Tse, Jacqueline Chong and Wong Yuen Yuen were at a household event organised by HomeSquare, wearing dresses based on household theme. Linda Chung appeared with her crystal lighting dress, Jennifer wore a sexy dress, and Wong Yuen Yuen who did breast enlargement wore a "bed" themed dress on stage.

Earlier before this Lawrence Wong pointed that Raymond was the cause of the poor box office. After that Virginia Lok brought Mrs. Fong's letter with words of encouragement to give support to Raymond Lam making Raymond to get teary. Linda Chung said, "It is very touching for Mrs. Fong to write letter to any artist, she always love us. As an artist, the most important is to do our best, the rest we can't control." Linda continued saying, "A film cannot represent everything, Raymond is still young, I'm not professional and I don't know how to differentiate, I only know how to do my best, definitely there would still be people who would appreciate and don't appreciate me." She also expressed that although she was very busy and didn't have the time to watch Raymond's new film, but she would still buy the disc to watch to support.

What Do You Do When Air-Conditioning Causes Your Head To Ache?

( This article is mainly about fala and not much of Linda so the translation is not very long or uch )
Rough translation (from second pic):
Linda says: "I'm one who cannot have the air-conditioning on for a very long time, once I had it on for a long time and the next morning I woke up with a heavy head, and so now every night I would set the air-conditioning so that it will automatically switch off at about 3 or 4 a.m. After all, once one falls asleep, they won't notice how hot it is, and will be able to sleep a few more hours within a room where there's some cool air left. By doing this, not only is it environmentally-friendly and can save energy resources, but it also reduces the problem of headaches after prolonged use of air-conditioning - killing two birds with one stone."

Linda Chung Absent-Minded At Work Without Ron Ng By Her Side

Linda Chung and Raymond Lam are rumored repeatedly, recently new rumors spread between Linda and Raymond's good brother Ron Ng, that there were secret love sparks. The day before, Linda and Michael Miu were shooting for TVB new series Men and Woman Chooses Residence, where she didn't have rumored boyfriend Ron by her side, and was clearly absent-minded!
At the scene, it was seen that Linda and Michael were shooting the scene, but rumored boyfriend Ron wasn't around, Linda was not only dispirited, but also leaned on the rail day dreaming. After getting into position, Linda was still unable to get into character. When Linda was shooting a drinking beer scene, it looks like she wasn't acting for the scene, but actually drank the beer to forget her thoughts.

( I don't believe in anything of this article, hopefully no one will )

aymond Lam And Ron Ng Denies Fighting For Linda Chung

Recent triangle love rumors started between Raymond Lam, Ron Ng and Linda Chung. Raymond had always been rumored with Linda, but Ron and Linda "sparked" after they started shooting a new series. Towards this, Raymond and good brother Ron was rumored to have become enemies because of this. Last night at the TVB 43rd Anniversary Lighting Ceremony, the three rumored leads generously took a group photo.
Raymond was unsure of what the triangle love rumors are all about, he expressed that he just got off the plane and did not see the report. It was said that he's been pursuing Linda and lost to Ron Ng? Raymond said: "We never started, why would I lose?" Towards the rumors that because they were fighting for Linda, the two brothers became enemies. Raymond frankly said that the rumors is a joke because shooting series if it's not rumors then it's gossips about fall outs. They have been brothers for more than 10 years and the relationship won't change. Asked if Ron and Linda match? Raymond said: "We all match anything, can do any type of pairing, but I am just saying match on-screen." Raymond joked that the rumors with Linda has been going on too long, this time with Ron involved, he can finally get out of it.
Linda did not respond to the made up news. Ron also expressed that he has no intentions to pursue her. He explained: "Shootin intimate scenes, we are just accommodating the scene." It was said that he complained on Weibo: "A friend disappointed me." To avoid more speculations, Ron explained again: "The friend I was talking about was a friend outside of the industry. My relationship with Raymond will not be affected."

Linda's weakness is driving

Rough translation:
In 'Can't buy me love', Linda plays 'Ng Sei Duk', who is not only a simple-minded character, but one who goes by 4 'must not' principles in life: no greed, no resentment, no evil, no bullying. Despite this, the Linda in real life describes herself as one who 'can do anything', anything except for her one and only weakness -driving.

Linda's character 'Ng Sei Duk' is a maidservant in the Kum family. Her character is simple and what ever happens she will respond to it with "sure, no problem!", creating a very likable character. Towards her character 'Ng Sei Suk', Linda had to admit that this character is so good-hearted to the extent that it's hard to believe, but cannot deny that she hopes to be more like this character in real life. Linda said: "However she (Ng Sei Duk) always gets deceived, she trusts whoever is good to her, even treats them as her benefactors. If only I could be as happy as Ng Sei Duk in real life, so naive and ignorant, then that would be good."

Fear of driving
Ng Sei Suk has 4 'must nots'; Linda who claims to be strong-willed, is also amused by the fact she also finds herself 'mm sei duk' (cannot die), plus she has endurance, can eat, can be mean, can argue, therefore calls herself 'can do anything'. But there are some 'cannots', she says, "Just like Ng Sei Duk who cannot be greedy and cannot bully others, these are 2 things which I also cannot do". These 2 things aside, Linda also said, in a very serious manner, that the thing she 'cannot do the most' is driving.

Acted till she vomited
"For me, driving is my weakness. If you teach me how to act, how to sing, I'll know how to learn both. If you teach me how to fix a car, I'll probably learn that as well. But I cannot drive if you get me drive, because I have a fear of cars. I crashed my car once back in Canada, and after the crash, it made me realise how fragile cars actually were, so I became a little scared. Plus, I lack a sense of direction. And also, when another car is coming straight towards me, I won't be able to stop the car. So yeah, I have this fear." While Ng Sei Duk in the drama is a person who is physically strong and loves to eat -often eating ceaselessly -Linda professes that she could not enjoy the eating parts, because she almost ate till she vomited, making this a difficult and memorable experience when filming. "Actually, the props guy tried to take care of me very well. He gave me clean, fresh, edible foods as best he can, but because we were rushed for time, like for one of my opening scenes where I had to eat lots of dumplings, even though they had already microwaved them hot for me, but because they microwaved it too much, it lost all its moisture. I had to keep eating them, and almost ate till vomiting.

Raymond Wong is hard-working
In the drama Linda's character will develop a love relationship with Raymond Wong who plays '3rd son', however due to social status issues, they are separated. Even though we don't know how this couple will end up in the story, but as soon as I mentioned this 'lover' (Raymond), Linda could not stop praising him, and said that he is the most hard-working male actor I've ever collaborated with. "He is very concerned about every scene. Before we film, he would communicate things with me in detail, so I admire him very much for his professionalism." It's a good thing that Linda said she admired him for his professionalism, because otherwise, by the way her eyes lit up at the mention of Raymond Wong, I would've mistaken it for her having a crush on him. When asked if she was currently dating, she seemed to reply with thought and without much thought (?): "I certainly want to. People should be matched together with their other-half, but right now I'm just going with the flow. Reporter asked, "Have you thought about when you'll get married?" Linda: "Before I wanted to marry at 21. But now I've passed that age, so I'm thinking by 30, which means I have 4 years left. So I'll work hard!"

2010-10-06 Charmaine Sheh Can't Decide Which One Cbml Or Btroc Sequel

Source: Oriental Daily

Once every year, TVB Anniversary awards will be held in December this year. The TV King and Queen battle is the hottest topic! This year TV Queen hot favorites are of course the super popular Can't Buy Me Love's female lead Charmaine Sheh and the already popular Rosy Business sequel No Regrets female lead Sheren Tang. TVB has to help their "biological daughter" with the promoting, yesterday the CBML's finale ratings was announced. The original rating for the finale was 42 points, but after TVB "took action" and counted in the 9 points rating by online viewers, the final rating reached 51 points, adding the chances for Charmaine's success for TV Queen!

Yesterday CBML held a celebration party, Charmaine, Moses Chan, Linda Chung, Raymond Wong, Kenneth Ma and producer Miu Siu Ching all attended. The cast opened champagne to celebrate, Moses was so excited that he got champagne all over the place!

Moses and Charmaine both agreed, hoping for a CBML sequel. Producer Miu Siu Ching expressed: "I also hope for a sequel for both CBML and Beyond the Realm of Conscience, but I have to think about which one to do first. But, I do hope to start CBML first because its a comedy series. But then again because I have to work on Forensic Heroes III, if it's going to happen, will have to wait until mid-2011."

Towards the battle for TV Queen, Charmaine is one of the hot favorites, she laughed: "Awards leave to fate. (Rosy Business sequel is a big competitor for CBML?) I anticipate watching that series as well, I watched the first one too." Does she feel that Sheren Tang is her biggest competitor? Charmaine expressed: "I already answered once. Can't say that, TVB has so many good productions, it's a good image, hope every series will be like that and give good challenges to TV productions, then that will be the happiest. Awards I cannot control."

Charmaine was asked which one she wants to start first? She expressed: "Hard to choose. If CBML starts first, there isn't much room for development for my role because the Princess is already not a shrewd anymore, it won't be funny. If Beyond gets a sequel, I hope to play the evil role, I feel that theres a much greater room for development."

Also, a few days ago Charmaine and Kevin attended Kiki Sheung's wedding party, it was said that Charmaine was drunk and didn't chat with Kevin at all. Charmaine denied everything, she said that she wasn't drunk, and she did chat with Kevin.
