Linda attended the promotional function for the new to-be-aired drama River of Wine. Reports of artists' pay were recently exposed, which showed that Linda's pay ranks within the top 20 artists in TVB. Responding to this she said with a smile, "I'm really glad, thanks to the company for giving me opportunities, allowing me to go for commercial filming as well as stage performances alongside consistent drama filming schedules!" At the same time Linda revealed that her earnings for functions has never been negotiated downwards, as her manager has a firm stand on the amount of her function earnings.
